These new owners will be opening their franchise early this summer. An IFPG Consultant introduced City Wide to these newly-signed owners. These three combined have strong sales, sales management, and operations management backgrounds.
They chose City Wide for its scalability. City Wide Franchisees average $6.7 million in sales with the Median franchisee at $5.4 million in sales last year 2021. The income potential for their families was just a lot more than they have ever made before.
One had a career in university facility maintenance that spans over three decades with the University of Maryland, Delaware State University, and Lincoln University. In addition to his management skillset, he has strong acumen in B2B and proposal writing sales. He secured multiple $1-$7 million sales contracts for all three universities and was instrumental in both growing and overseeing their facility management programs.
The second is a business owner in the apparel, accessories, and merchandising industry. She is also a program manager (and a registered nurse) at Bayhealth Medical Center where she has worked for more than 25 years.
The last is a supervisor for the Wilmington Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He is also a former area manager for the Department of Commerce and Census Bureau and has strong operations and management background within several industries. He is a military veteran having served in the United States Army
“IFPG Consultants should look for a person(s) with strong sales, sales, and operations management skills. When a consultant has a candidate that fits. The candidate will love the franchise validation, scalability, and profitability. There is no question that City Wide has made many of its franchisees millionaires and the franchisees will validate this! A great concept for the executive business professional and they see the value in the brand right away.” -David Braun
Congratulations on a job well done!
