One of the IFPG Consultant candidates is a commercial real estate executive with over 25 years of investment, strategic planning, advisory, and disposition experience. As a Vice President of Acquisitions, she is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing institutional quality commercial investments nationwide, focusing on multifamily and retail acquisitions and joint venture developments.
She obtained her BBA degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and has a Texas Real Estate License.
The other candidate has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. His experience with real estate includes acquisition, financing, development, management, leasing, disposition of assets, and tenant representation. In 1994 he formed his own brokerage company specializing in all phases of commercial real estate. Alumni of Bishop Dunne High School in Dallas, the franchisee attended Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos (now Texas State University) and Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
