- Rafael Andrade-Rafael has a strong background
in both project management and analytics and has developed
data-driven strategies and KPI improvement plans in the healthcare
sector. Rafael has an MBA from Universidad de las Americas
Puebla.
- Ramesh Raghavan-Ramesh is a Director with
Expense Reduction Analysts. He has over 17 years of
business advisory services experience in the synthesis of
information and analysis of data from various sources to
identify process irregularities and inefficiencies. He brings
a wealth of consulting experience having led projects in the
US, London, Canada and South East Asia. Leveraging his
considerable risk and project management experiences. Ramesh
finds cost saving opportunities for clients across a range of
industries primarily in the Washington DC, Maryland and
Virginia region. Prior to ERA, Ramesh was a Director with a
Big 4 audit firm's data analytics practice where he helped
clients in financial services, utilities, and banking sectors
manage compliance risk.
- Toni Quagliata-Toni will operate out of the
Arizona/New Mexico area. She has 20 years of experience in the
electronics distribution industry with Avnet, Inc. and Marshall
Industries. She held a variety of positions including technical
sales, supplier management, and supply chain management for OEM/ISV
markets from individual contributor to senior-level team building.
Toni has a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami
University in Oxford, Ohio. One of her passions is supporting
various non-profit organizations within food service.
- Linnea Cowell-Linnea has a 15-year background
managing client experience. Her skill set includes handling
client satisfaction, client retention, management, sales, and
strategic planning on behalf of companies including
Living Social, Stitch Fix and Bath and Body Works.
- Kevin and Paula Dial-Kevin's background
provides him with over 20 years' experience as a trusted
advisor. He is an accomplished senior-level executive that
excels at streamlining business processes and finding creative
solutions for
complex problems. Along with his consultative, communication,
team building, and critical thinking skills, Kevin also holds
a Masters of Business Administration from Baylor University in
Waco, TX. Paula will operate out of the Northeast Texas
area.
She has a CPA and owns her own accounting business. She will
operate with her husband Kevin.
- John Kunich-John has a strong background in
the medical supply sales industry. He is well versed in sales,
contracting, distribution, supply chain and value management.
He has a B.A. from Arizona State University.
- Steven Goldin-Steven Goldin has served as
Chairman & CEO of a private equity-funded company, Director of
Real Estate for a $2.5 billion organization where he managed
15 million square feet of new development, and as a
Project Executive with K. Hovnanian (NYSE: HOV). He holds
a BA from Harvard, an MBA from Columbia and has served
on numerous non-profit Boards.
