iDropped, a company that offers on-site mobile device repair for
the most popular brands of mobile devices, will open in Knoxville,
TN in December.
The store is iDropped's first location in Tennessee and tenth
overall. Company plans call for having as many as 6-7 area
locations over the next few years.
Local entrepreneur Tiekel Finnikin will own and operate the
store. He has 12 years of experience in sales and technology, and
has worked for companies such as Verizon, AT&T and DirectTV.
His passion for technology and helping others fueled him to bring
the concept to his local community.
"This expansion into Tennessee is a huge milestone for us and a
true testament to the brand's appeal," said Chad Altier, co-founder
and CEO of iDropped. "We're excited to have found a franchise
partner who is not only a tech enthusiast, but also understands the
importance of customer service and has a strong commitment to
making a positive impact in the community."
Unlike many wireless retailers that require customers to go days
without their phones while being repaired, iDropped strives to mend
phones in an hour and other electronic devices within 24 hours.
Each device goes through a rigorous pre-repair and post-repair
checkpoint to ensure complete functionality before it is returned
to the customer. iDropped uses the highest quality parts and
supplies and supports each repair with a one-year warranty.
In addition to cellular devices, iDropped also repairs tablets
and laptop computer screens.
"I've seen firsthand the need for speedy phone repair and just
how much people rely on their phones and other electronic devices,"
said Finnikin. "Our goal is to provide relief by restoring their
device as quickly as possible.
Congratulations on a job well done!
