Joseph Mullen and Rhonda Farrell, will be operating their
PuroClean franchise from Alexandria, Virginia.
Fate is what brought the Mullen-Farrell team to PuroClean.
Joseph saw a PuroClean truck on the road and just fell in love with
the look of the brand. They were also very impressed by the open
territory model versus the closed model they found with other
franchises.
