The Franchise Consultant candidate was born in Canada and moved to Hollywood, Florida, in 1977. He served in the military for 31 years, retiring as a Colonel in 2015 after holding various roles across multiple continents and two combat tours. After retiring, he worked as a civilian leader for the Department of Defense, including positions at U.S. Southern Command and as a Liaison Officer to French and British Ministries of Defense.
