The franchisee has over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, and her partner has been a police officer for 8 years, with a background in security for an NFL team and volunteering as a boxing coach. Both are passionate about a healthy, active lifestyle, which drew them to Soccer Stars' "more green time, less screen time" philosophy. Over the past two years, they have considered starting their own business to generate additional income and gain more flexibility. Although they plan to launch the business, neither is ready to leave their full-time jobs, so they intend to hire a General Manager to oversee operations.
