This new franchisee is very sharp and an empire builder. He has a ton of executive experience. and previously worked as a management consultant. He was looking for a need-based business with a high ticket and tons of support to help him run the business as a semi-absentee owner.
He loved the experience the leadership team brought to the table and the large investment made (that continues to be made) to build out better systems for franchisees.
