The Real Property Management Franchise is Coming To Miami

An IFPG Consultant brought her candidate to Real Property Management and Franchise developer Debra Cohen kept her close throughout the process and really appreciated her professionalism. "I loved working with the IFPG Consultant, " said Cohen. "We built a great rapport. She had helped her candidate set realistic expectations and when he got here, he was blown away."

The new franchisee is originally from Bolivia.  He retired from the USAF and Coast Guard after 22 years of service in July 2019.  He was in law school for a short period of time but decided not to continue his studies after he moved back to Florida from his home in New York.  He is process-oriented, pays great attention to detail, is comfortable with technology and is mild mannered and expresses himself with thought and purpose.  He currently volunteers managing the website for ANSO – a naval mentoring organization – that helps prepare Hispanic and Latino youth for service in the military.  He has one 22 year old son who recently graduated from St. John’s University.

He currently lives in an HOA and sees how poorly the investors have been maintaining homes.  He is focused on starting a business with proven systems where he can offer a high level of customer service.  He also is very interested in real estate and the possibility of investing for himself in the future.

America is a Renter Nation. Over a third of the nation’s households now rent, while home ownership continues to decline. With monthly rent rates increasing, vacancy rates decreasing, and an average revenue of $3,183 per property managed by Real Property Management offices, it’s a great time to be in the property management industry.

Congratulations on a great placement!
