This IFPG Consultant Candidate was born and raised in South Australia. He spent his childhood on the beach and flipping items at auctions. After he completed school, the Candidate worked in horticulture, hospitality, and garden centers. After a few years, he enlisted in the Royal Australian Air Force, where his focus was on logistics. He met his wife in Sydney, Australia, and they married in 2010.
She was born into a small family business in Minnesota. As a young child, she helped with small office tasks and progressed into a customer service and administrative role as a teenager. The couple moved to Minnesota in 2010 and started working for the family lawn and pest control business. In the business, the Consultant Candidate has worked as a tech, lawn care manager, and operations manager and now serves as the VP of Operations.
The couple focused their attention on the growth of the business, using the Candidate's military experience and her organizational skills to help develop procedures and systems for the business by creating training programs, daily procedures, licensing training programs, operational manuals, designing websites, and developing consistent branding.
By using their skills, they were able to systematize, organize, and grow the business significantly over the last 13 years. The pair is excited to open their Zoom Drain franchise in Minneapolis, MN!
