TRAINING
Initial Training - Our support team trains the Regional
Developer on every aspect of the business. This includes franchise
recruitment/sales, bidding and estimating cleaning contracts,
customer service and the methods of developing a local franchise
brand.
Field Training - The Regional Developer receives additional field
training from some of our most successful Regional Developers and
learns their recommendations for growing the brand in their
market.
On-Going Support - All Regional Developers have ongoing access to
our team at the Support Center. We hold conferences, field visits,
conference calls, webinars, and tech support. 360clean also host a
yearly seminar for all our Regional Developer Owners to attend,
where we update them on the latest projects, marketing efforts, and
technology.
My360clean - 360clean has a comprehensive e-learning portal with
instruction on every aspect of the business, including
administration, telemarketing, sales, bidding & estimating,
operations, etc.
OTHER INFORMATION
A Regional Developer owner is NOT in the cleaning business. The
cleaning is handled by unit franchisees that they recruit in their
region. This is an executive business and the Regional Developer is
in the sales and marketing business.
DESIRED BACKGROUNDS OF PROSPECTS
Mid to senior level executive types with a strong background in
sales and marketing. Many of 360clean's Regional Developers are
highly experienced sales professionals. The ideal candidate will
also have the ability to recruit, direct, and manage highly
motivated sales personnel.
