Bennett Hill Academies is a business opportunity and not a
franchise.
Bennett Hill Academies https://www.bennetthill.com/ has created a new,
very valuable and unique concept for home daycares and to turn them
into higher end learning academies that will enable the Owners to
charge higher prices than traditional home daycares.
We have created an extremely elegant and beautiful website and app
that Owners will be able to use as an effective marketing tool to
capture the attention of more parent prospects when advertising
their academies. That obviously is valuable since customer
acquisition costs become cheaper for the Owners. The app currently
has 22 super valuable features planned (and more are in
development) that parents, teachers and Owners will find incredibly
valuable and beneficial).
Owners will be able to work very closely with our very talented
interior designers (at no additional) cost. The interior designer
will work to create a very elegant, unique and cohesive design for
both the exterior and interior of the learning academy. This will
further enable owners to charge a higher price for parents.
Interior designers will also create a list of where Owners can buy
the furniture, decor, books and toys that meets their budget and
also meets the elegant, higher end and cohesive look that the
designer has created.
More importantly, parents will have much more control in what their
child is learning and be at the center of any changes to the
curriculum, schedule or polices. Parents will always have the
teacher's and owner's ear and can request that their child be
taught what the parents would like their child to be taught. If it
is a reasonable request, the teacher must accommodate the request.
For example if the children are learning counting 1-9 and a parent
wants their child to be taught counting 10-20, the teacher much
accommodate that request.
Parents will play a central and key role (if they choose to) in the
curriculum and scheduling aspects of the academy). A curriculum,
policy or scheduling change may not be made unless every parent has
voted on that proposed change.
Parents can request an initiation to change parts of the
curriculum, schedule and policies. Parents can request to have a
round table meeting with all of the other parents, the teacher and
owner if they have concerns about the learning academy. Parents can
request to have a video meeting with the owner or teacher within 12
hours even on weekends and the teacher and owner must honor that
request. So if there is an issue that the parent believes needs to
be addressed quickly, it will be.
We present many valuable benefits for owners. Unlike a franchise,
we only charge a one-time "Add Academies Fee" of $25K and then $30
per month per child. So if an owner opens up 1,000 academies, they
won't need to pay any additional upfront cost to us. Also unlike
with brick and mortar franchises, where the additional initial
investment per location can be $300K-$600K or more, here we
estimate that the additional initial investment per location will
be $10K-$15K.
That is what the Add Academies Fee is, it's just a fee for us to
add all of the Owner's future academies to the website and app
providing very easy ability for parents to find their academies in
the county, zip code or town where they live or will be moving
to.
The value that Bennett So instead of a person having to spend
$50k-80k to design and develop this type of website and an app,
they're getting that for $25K plus a monthly fee per academy. Also
instead of paying $5K to a very talented interior designer to
design one academy, with us, Owners, won't need to pay a dime
because there won't be an additional cost.
So if we take an example of where an Owner will open 20 academies,
without partnering with Bennett Hill, they will need to pay $165K.
That will be the cost for the designing and development of the
website and app and working with very talented interior designers
for them to design 20 academies and shop for furniture, toys,
decor, books, etc that meets the owner's budget while still making
the academy look elegant and high-end. If owners partner with
Bennett Hill, they will be saving $145K and that is just with 20
academies.
For Owners, we also give them almost absolute autonomy in running
their academies, they are free to set their own polices, schedule,
curriculum, food polices, hours of operation, pricing, hiring
policies, name (as long is it sounds elegant) and much more. This
will enable owners to run their academies the way they want but
still adhere to our policies of parents being at the central role
and focus of requesting any curriculum, policy or scheduling
changes and having a vote in any proposed changes. This also
includes enabling the parents to setup very quick video meetings
with the owner and teacher. Academies must also allow the parent to
be able to request that their child be taught something other than
what the other children are being taught and as long as it is a
reasonable request, the teacher must honor and accommodate that
request.
For Owners, working with Bennett Hill also presents less risk as
opposed to other businesses or franchises. Aside from the fact that
we only require a fraction of the monetary investment that other
franchises require, our concept works on an already proven concept.
The concept of in-home daycares and commercial child care
facilities are a proven concept with demand that will only
increase. Bennett Hill is simply combining these two concepts into
an elevated in-home learning academy.
Home daycares also intrinsically have numerous advantages and
benefits that commercial daycare or learning facilities cannot
offer that bring tremendous value and benefits for children and
parents and teachers. So we have clear advantages solely on that
aspect. Including having only on average 8 kids per location. This
will enable stronger friendships to develop amongst the kids,
stronger relationships between the teacher and child, less child
turnover, stronger relationships between the parent and the teacher
and strong relationship between the parent and owner.
Daycares are resistant to economic downturns. Child care has
tremendous demand and that demand will only increase every year, AI
will not replace the current human-centric system of child care.
The demand for child care is universal in most countries. It is a
lucrative space in the sense (especially from our higher end
concept) you can generate on average $1,200 per month per child. So
if you have 8 kids, you can generate $9,600 per month (just from
ONE academy) in revenue and if you can enroll the children when
they're very young at 6 months or 1 year old, you can have the same
paying customers for 5-6 years so consistent revenue without
turnover. Meaning that Owners can hire teachers to operate the
learning academy so they don't have to go through the hassle of
actually running the day to day operations. And it turns more so
into passive income.
