Training
Our
initial training includes 159 hours of in classroom and 70 hours
of
on-the-job
learning. The training program is run in three stages:
video
courses
and quizzes, two weeks at our headquarters in Austin, TX,
and
one week
onsite at the Franchise Owner's location. During this time,
we
cover
everything an Owner needs to know to be successful,
including
daily
operations, marketing, sales, kitchen and bath design, and job
site
processes.
Ongoing
Support
The
corporate support team will be at the Owner's new
location
before
they open and for the grand opening. They will conduct
weekly
calls and
help with ongoing design support. The Cabinet IQ team is
also
partnered with a real estate company that assists new Owners
in
finding a
location.
Marketing
The
corporate team assists with outbound cold calling to set
appointments for contractors and designers. We have a call center
that calls every person in a county who has pulled a remodeling
permit to pitch our business, and we also mail letters to and
cold-call neighbors of people who have had services. The corporate
team will also oversee SEO and give Owners access to a third party
agency that runs Google and Facebook ads. Since 30% of our business
comes from B2B sources like contractors, interior designers, and
architects, we help our Franchise Owners how to build and maintain
these relationships.
