Training: Our franchisees undergo an intense,
hands-on 3-week training course at our Corporate Training
Center, designed for both the franchise owner and one additional
key employee. This immersive program covers all aspects of the
business, followed by four days of in-field
training, where a representative from CCI Headquarters
will assist in the business startup, technical repairs, including
sales and marketing support.
In addition to the in-person training, franchisees receive a
suite of resources, including the Training Manual, SDS
Manual, Operations Manual, Back Office Administration
Manuals, CCI Color Pro Scanner Mixing
System, and access to our 24/7 intranet
system for ongoing support. We also offer a
Toll-Free call center, Slack communication
channel, and monthly newsletters to
ensure continuous communication and updates.
Franchisees benefit from periodic on-site field
visits, robust marketing support, and
services such as social media and review reputation
management. Additionally, we provide Co-Op
Advertising Programs, participation in Annual
