Training: We offer an excellent training program that starts on a Monday evening in Hickory, North Carolina and runs through Thursday. The training sections are Mosquito Biology (understanding the basic terminology to be considered a mosquito authority by prospects and customers), front office set up, customer service and internal Dispatch Plus training (cloud based business management CRM), Field training (how to apply products to a back yard) and over a full day to cover marketing and sales inclusive of 10 proven, step by step marketing campaigns to acquire new customers. At the end of training each new franchisee leaves with a step by step 90 day plan to get started and is assigned a personal business coach for their first year in business. Regular training webinars are scheduled through our internal Buzz U online communication system. All webinars of key topics are also recorded for easy access by all franchisees.
