Training:
At least 30 days before the Opening Date of your Oozapalooza Business, your Operating Principal and General Manager (if different from the Operating Principal), must have attended (and completed to our satisfaction) our initial management training program. At our option, we can require up to three people to attend and successfully complete our initial management training program before you open for business. (Franchise Agreement, Section VIII.A.)

Currently, our initial management training program is conducted in Las Vegas, Nevada, and lasts for approximately 9 days (with approximately 2 days of classroom training and 7 days of on-the-job training). We provide instructors and training materials for your initial management training program at no charge, but you must pay all expenses that you and your personnel incur in connection with initial training, including costs of travel, lodging, meals and wages. We may charge a reasonable training fee (up to $1,000 per trainee) for any initial training program attendees beyond the first three persons, and we may charge you $1,000 per trainee for training all successor or replacement personnel. The materials used in training include the Manuals as well as other presentation materials. Our training will be directed by Tasiona Hill, our founder and Chief Executive Officer, who has 3+ years of experience with Oozapalooza Businesses (and 3+ years of total experience in the retail slime industry). Ms. Hill's experience is further described in Item 2 of this Disclosure Document. The training program will be conducted by Tasiona Hill and qualified members of our staff, including management personnel and employees. We may also draw upon the experience of other training professionals.

In addition to the initial management training program, we will provide such on-site pre-opening and opening assistance as we reasonably deem necessary. In connection with the opening of your Oozapalooza Business, one or more of our representatives will provide on-site opening assistance to you at your Oozapalooza Business for (up to 5 days for your first Oozapalooza Business, subject to our discretion).

If you have previously opened an Oozapalooza Business, we may, at our option, provide you with less than 5 days of on-site opening assistance as we deem appropriate.

Our initial training program is offered as needed during the year depending on the number of new franchisees entering the System, the number of other personnel needing training, and the scheduled opening of new Oozapalooza Businesses.
