Send Me a Pro Franchise Cost and Requirements for 2024

Background

About Send Me a Pro:

Send Me a Pro is the first Home Services Platform Franchise, enabling you to aggregate multiple home services under one franchise.

As a franchisee, you can promote a diverse range of home services, including handyman work, house cleaning, lawn care, home contractors, fitness and sports professionals, tutoring, and more. You have the flexibility to add or remove services based on market demand and personal preference.

Traditionally, each service category operates as a standalone franchise business model. However, with our innovative platform approach, you can aggregate all these services under one franchise system. This unique model allows you to diversify your offerings, mitigate risk, and significantly increase your earning potential.

Our mission is to reduce the amount of steps it typically takes for someone to find a local home service provider. No more wasting time getting quotes and haggling. We simplify the process by offering transparent fair pricing and access to top local vetted pros. We're the Advil for the Homeowner.

Send Me a Pro recently expanded from Send Me a Trainer, which focuses on fitness and sports services. After a decade of running an in-home personal training concierge service and discovering our clients needs, we expanded our service offerings and launched Send Me a Pro.

Send Me a Pro was featured by Entrepreneur Magazine as a disruptor in the franchise industry and the founders are on the cover alongside some of the most influential leaders of this post-covid era such as Zoom CEO, LinkedIn CEO, Magic Johnson, a few guest Sharks from Shark Tank and others. Send Me a Pro is also ranked Fastest Growing Brand in 2023 & 2024 by Entrepreneur Magazine, Top Global Brand in 2024 by Entrepreneur Magazine, and Top Emerging Brand in 2022 by Entrepreneur Magazine.

Area Representative Program:

We are primarily targeting Area Representatives who will acquire 10 or more territories at a wholesale price starting at $69,998, which is the equivalent investment of two territories.

For the price of two territories, you gain the rights to 10. You can then choose to either sub-sell these territories, operate them yourself, or a mix of both.

When sub-selling, Area Reps earn 80% of the sub-franchise fee and 60% of the royalties from each territory sold. If you choose to operate a territory, you only need to invest 20% of the standard franchise fee. This means you save significantly when operating multiple territories through the Area Rep program compared to acquiring each one individually.

Additionally, with the option to sub-sell territories, you can see a quicker return on your investment. By sub-selling just 2 territories, you could already recoup your initial investment.

When evaluating a franchise opportunity, reading and understanding the current version of their FDD is a necessity. Considering the benefits of franchising, such as established brand recognition and support from the franchisor, it's important to also take into account franchise fees and franchising royalty fees. Since most franchisors are privately owned companies, the current versions of their FDDs are typically not available unless requested directly from them.
