Training:
Prior to opening waxers and CEC's will undergo a vitual training to learn the high level operations, customer service, membership and retail sales. As construction concludes, the Uni K Wax training team will be in the market at the studio location conducting hands-on training for waxers and CEC's, ensuring the team is set up for success. Bounce back training occurs 60 days after opening wherein, training and operations team come back to the market to ensure a smooth ramp and seamless operations.

Franchisee and Operator Training takes place in Ft Lauderdale, FL 12 weeks out from opening. During this training session, primary operators will learn the key levers to success with Uni K. We will train them on how to build and retain a team of high performing waxers and Customer Experience Coordinators, drive customer acquisition, and deliver the best experience in the industry to keep customers coming back every 2-4 weeks!
