By definition, a ghost kitchen is essentially a restaurant without the dining space. Dickey's Barbecue Pit launched this ghost kitchen wing concept in the spring of 2021 as a delivery-only virtual concept featuring chicken tenders and pit-smoked wings. Fans of the brand can choose from wings in Group Packs, Combos or By the Piece. Additionally, the brand's bone-in or boneless wings are smoked and tossed in a variety of dry rubs and sauces, including Atomic, Sweet Chili, Barbecue Dry Spice, Buffalo Mild, Buffalo Hot, Original Barbecue, Sweet Barbecue, Cajun Spice, Lemon Pepper, and more. Those who enjoy chicken tenders can enjoyed them with sauces and a variety of sides, such as Seasoned Hand-Cut Fries, Cajun Fries, Cheese Fries, Buffalo Ranch Fries, Coleslaw, Mac and Cheese, Veggie Sticks and Buttery Texas Toast. As an exclusively virtual concept, the Wing Boss ghost kitchen is located in select Dickey’s Barbecue Pit restaurants with delivery through UberEats, GrubHub and DoorDash services. This ghost kitchen provides franchise owners with an extra revenue stream and an opportunity to capitalize on the delivery-trend of the convenience minded customers of today. Not to mention, the brand also has a dessert menu that includes a Chocolate Chunk Cookie, Blondie Brownie or slice of Pecan Pie.
