partner provides assistance with negotiations.
Recruiting Assistance: We provide job descriptions and best
practices for interviewing. We conduct interviews with the
franchisees at grand opening and after grand opening on an as
needed basis.
Initial Training
Our comprehensive initial training program is designed to equip
new bodenvy Franchisees with the knowledge and hands-on experience
needed to successfully operate their business.
Classroom Training: Approximately 24-48 hours of classroom
instruction at our corporate headquarters and training center in
Orlando, FL.

- Overview of our signature Extreme Transformation (ET)
programs
- Training on our software and POS systems
On-the-Job Training: Approximately 34-80 hours of hands-on
training at our corporate locations in Orlando, FL and the
franchisee's location.
- Participation in treatment procedures with bodenvy technicians,
including the use of all modalities
- Front desk operations and customer service protocols
- General Managers shadowing existing GMs to learn about
management practices
- Sales representatives shadowing current sales reps to refine
sales techniques
- ET coaches shadowing existing ET coaches to understand the
program and client engagement
Specialized Training:
- Allergan CoolSculpting Training: Required for all
franchisees who will be offering CoolSculpting procedures. This
training involves 10-12 hours of specialized
instruction.
- GM & ET Coaches Nutrition Training: General Managers
and ET coaches are required to complete an online nutrition
training course, which takes approximately 40 hours to
finish.
On-Going Support
Franchise Coaching: Franchisees will have
regular access to support through weekly meetings with their
dedicated Franchise Coach. These sessions provide strategic guidance on
sales, operations, and business growth. In addition, quarterly
in-person visits are conducted to ensure alignment with business
goals, address challenges, and review
performance.
Sales and ET Coaching: Franchisees will receive ongoing support
through weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly meetings with their Sales
Coach and/or Extreme Transformation (ET) Coach, tailored to the
needs of the franchise location. These meetings will cover best
practices, sales performance, and the effectiveness of ET
programs.
General Manager
Support: Franchise
owners have the option to schedule regular weekly or bi-weekly
meetings between their General Manager and the Franchise
Director. This ensures that
management practices stay aligned with the brand's operational
standards.
Allergan Support: For franchisees offering CoolSculpting services,
Allergan provides dedicated support through a Practice Development
Manager (PDM). The PDM is available for ongoing clinical training
and any CoolSculpting-related questions or concerns, ensuring that
franchisees stay up-to-date with
the latest advancements in CoolSculpting
technology.
Continuing
Education: Franchisees and
their teams will have access to continuing education programs,
helping them stay ahead of industry trends and enhance service
offerings.
Marketing Strategies:
- Franchisee is not required to do any marketing
- Our marketing affiliate, Bod Brands Marketing, develops digital
ads for each location.
- Marketing activities are focused primarily on Meta with some
Google ad placements.
- Once a prospect responds with interest to a specific service or
need, we have a CRM that sends workflows with videos and materials
educating the prospect on how bodenvy can assist with their
needs
- The call center reaches out via phone and text to the leads to
set up an initial consultant. Call center representatives are
commissioned if a prospect attends their appointment and compeltes
the initial consultation.
