During Phase 1, you will also receive training in the business's administrative, operational, and sales/marketing aspects. We believe in providing a hands-on approach, so you will spend a liberal amount of time on the job, working in the day-to-day operations of an established Flagler Floral location. This immersive experience lets you witness firsthand how our successful franchise operates, learn best practices, and gain practical skills.

Phase 2 of our training takes place at your own franchise location. A dedicated team from Flagler Floral will provide on-site training for 5-7 days to ensure a smooth commencement of operations. During this phase, we focus on fine-tuning your skills, addressing any specific challenges, and providing personalized support tailored to your unique circumstances.
