This allows the sleep coach to narrow down the field of mattresses to 3 or 4. From there, the sleep coach guides the customer trough the recommended mattresses based off the Pressure Mapping. The sleep coaches highlight the benefits of the mattresses, allowing a sales close to come natrually. Sleep coaches will also sell accessories, such as sheets, pillows and mattress covers. Sleep coaches can also sell furniture via the wonder sign, a touch screen with thousands of items from multiple furniture brands.
