Other alternative models include co-branded Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express locations. The ideal space for one of the franchise's locations ranges between 1,700 - 3,500 square feet. Additionally, the optimal size depends on several factors, such as climate, space, clientele, economics, and configuration. Alternative models, such as food court or kiosk locations, may be as small as 800 - 1,000 square feet.
