Qualified franchise candidates will be able to obtain a liquor license and should be passionate about daily operations and providing excellent customer service. Candidates are experienced multi-unit operators that typically have at least $1 million in net worth (individual or partnership) and $500,000 in liquid assets (individual or partnership). The brand's menu includes breakfast items, including a variety of omelets, waffles, pancakes and French toast, and lunch items, hot and cold sandwiches, soups and salads, along with specialty coffees and brunch cocktails and beer. Catering and online orders add revenue to your business. To accelerate growth, Daily Jam partnered with Z Growth Partners, a consulting firm specializing in managing the franchise sales, operations and brand development of emerging franchises. You will be provided with great support and training.
This includes: real estate site selection; vendor and equipment selection; management training; pre-opening marketing; operations support; guidance from signing to grand opening; pre-opening support; and grand opening support. The support and training are ongoing. You location is ideally 2,800 - 3,800 square feet; has a patio that is at least 200 square feet; end cap locations are preferred, but pad site or in-line are also options; and the market area is near hotels, businesses, parks, and offices, high density residential homes, entertainment centers, and colleges. A territory includes 40,000 people (within three miles). They ideally have a household income of $70,000, and you would like to see 20,000 per day cars per day (heavy morning and daytime traffic and population desired).
