In 2020, the original owners retired and sold Beef A Roo to an
equity firm, which partnered with NEXT Brands to bring the brand to
the franchise market. Over 18 months, NEXT Brands ensured that all
successful systems and operations were retained and ready for
national expansion, securing proprietary rights to nearly 80% of
the menu.
