Our founder created his experience in the sandwich business in the college town of Corvallis, Oregon. He wanted to provide a healthy, better-tasting alternative to fast-food restaurants - a sandwich shop that served great food with great service to match. His unique, fresh sandwiches on homemade bread were an immediate success, and the Big Town legend was born (Campus Hero back then).

At BTH, we see not what a submarine sandwich usually is, but what it can be. And that has made all the difference. This attention to detail and dedication to raising the art of the sandwich to new heights has taken BTH from it's humble one store beginnings to the ten we have today.

And that's not all. BTH is proud to announce it now has new ownership, new management and a renewed commitment to making the best submarine sandwich anyone has ever had. Momentum is being gained, attention garnered. Maybe it's time to start seeing the submarine sandwich in a whole new light. We do.
