Takeout and delivery, on average, drive between 85-90% of store
revenues, meaning overhead is kept low with just a small portion of

A HISTORY OF AUTHENTICITY
Wing It On! founder Matt Ensero stepped onto the scene in 2011 with
one goal in mind, to resurrect the take-out Buffalo wing from the
ashes of mediocrity. His quest was to serve insanely delicious
wings, whether you're picking up, getting delivery or stopping by
for a quick lunch.
So, he built a team and together they obsessed over every detail
from the quality and authenticity of the sauces and dry rubs right
down to the "chunkiness" of the store-made blue cheese. Once the
wing was perfected, the team turned their attention to crafting a
best in class chicken sandwich experience. Thus the "Wings n
Wiches" concept was born. The result is a truly epic
Buffalo-quality wing and hand-crafted "wich" experience served fast
and fresh every time.
