For this reason, each restaurant owner can expect consistent
support from Anchor Bar Franchise & Development, LLC.
Although we are not required to provide on-site assistance, we
will determine if a franchisee would benefit from having a
representative from the home office in the field as an extra layer
of support. The staff at our home office is always available
via phone or email to help with any questions or concerns you may
have.
We will assist you in your efforts to select and obtain a site
by providing guidance and evaluating information you gather on
locations you are considering.
When deemed appropriate, we may develop a franchisee advisory
council program. The purpose is to exchange ideas and problem
solving methods. This will foster communication between us
and all franchisees, as well as among franchisees.
Training is a high priority for us. Before your location
opens, we will provide an extensive training program covering all
aspects of the operations of an Anchor Bar restaurant. This
initial instruction will be one to three weeks. This program
will include a combination of classroom sessions and hands-on
experience working in one or more fully operating Anchor Bar
locations.
We have secured relationships with key suppliers. As a
result of combined buying power, you will receive pricing discounts
for products, equipment, and services.
We have established a corporate website that provides extensive
information about Anchor Bar. You would have your own
restaurant listed on here for customers living in your area.
This is a great reference tool for potential customers and great
for marketing as well.
We provide our franchisees with design assistance. Once
architectural plans are approved, we will also provide guidance for
building out the location.
As an Anchor Bar franchisee, you will have the right to use the
Anchor Bar name and marks in your protected territory in connection
with the operation of your restaurant.
The training and support will never end as we strive to improve
the Anchor Bar system. We want you to remain current with
industry trends. We will develop new menu items and services
and you will be required to learn. This could be up to 10
days a year at a location designated by us.
Our ongoing support will also come in the form of updates to the
manual, newsletters, bulletins, written reports and recommendations
and refresher training programs.
We beleive nothing can replace the value of face to face
contact. So a representative from the home office may also
visit you to provide hands on support.
